This Chicken Milanaise recipe is very easy to make and packed with flavor.
The chicken is light and crisp and seasoning causes a delicious flavor bomb for your tastebuds. The vegetable pasta in creamy tomato sauce suits perfectly in the flavor pallet of this dish.
This recipe can also be made with turkey, veal or pork.
“Mila-.. what?” Inspired by Milano and Paris for this delicious Milanaise and pasta recipe.
Milanaise is an Italian dish named after the city of Milano. It consists of a thin slice of beef, chicken, veal, or pork, and even eggplants or soy (as veggie version). Each slice is dipped into beaten eggs, seasoned with salt. Each slice is then dipped in flour and fried in oil, one at a time.
I, however, got my ispiration in France, Paris to be exact, where I tried a Milanaise for the first time in one of my favorite restaurants in Paris; “Café Ruc”.
I now made my own chicken milanaise recipe. A -much healthier- and improved version of the famous dish. So try it!
